"Waypoint has given me a clearer vision of what I want for my career."

Career info, without the wall of text

Waypoint turns dense salary and education data into a path you can actually see.

Why this exists

I'm Jack. Every time I looked into a career change — for myself or people I know — the information was scattered across a dozen tabs: one site for salary, another for education requirements, a forum thread for "is it actually worth it." None of it showed the whole path at once.

Waypoint puts it on one screen: what you need before you start, and how pay actually climbs once you're in it — entry-level to experienced, as an actual route instead of a table buried in a 2,000-word article.

What we believe

  • Real sources, clearly marked. Every salary figure links back to its source. Where we've estimated a number instead of pulling it directly, we say so.
  • Free, no account required. Explore every career path without signing up for anything.
  • Not a replacement for research. This is a starting point for understanding a path, not the final word — always verify specifics for your location and situation.

What's next

More careers are being added regularly — 75 so far across five countries, with more on the way. Got a career you want mapped out, or a country you'd like to see supported? Let us know.
